Originally from Houston, Texas, Suzanne moved to Nashville in 2002 to be a big-time country music artist. While creating and recording music was rewarding for Suzanne, helping people to achieve their dream of home-ownership has been equally as rewarding. Now, with almost two decades of experience as a real estate professional in Tennessee, Suzanne has served hundreds of families. What sets her apart most from other agents is her ability to listen intently to her clients and understand their needs. She is meticulous, a seasoned communicator, artfully negotiates, and sets expectations throughout the process. She effectively navigates the ever-changing landscape of buying or selling a home and helps to protect the best interests of those she represents.

Suzanne is married to Rich and they have two adorable children. In her spare time, she makes up songs, reads stories about those who have overcome hardship, and watches true crime shows. Suzanne also leads a group for adoptive and foster care moms. As an adoptive mother herself, she understands the unique joys and challenges of this journey. Through her group, Hearts Together MJ, she creates a safe and nurturing space for women to share their experiences.

She has earned the Social Networking Pro (SNP), Military Relocation Pro (MRP), REALTORS Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), and Residential Probate Specialist certifications, as well as the e-Pro, At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. She is a member of the board of directors for Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors (EMTAR) for 2021-2024.
