2025 Expectations
Brokers Expect Business Improvement
In a recent survey, over 70% of real estate brokerage leaders anticipate increased transaction volumes in 2025, marking a significant rise in optimism compared to previous years. Additionally, 63% expect greater profitability, the highest level in three years. This positive outlook is attributed to a belief that the real estate market has reached its lowest point and is poised for recovery.
Despite this optimism, brokerage leaders identify challenges ahead, including agent recruitment, declining profit margins, and technology adoption. Notably, while industry executives express increased confidence in the U.S. economy, consumer sentiment remains low, with concerns about inflation and economic policies.
