What a week in Washington, D.C., at the National Association of REALTORS® Legislative Meetings!

More than 150 Tennessee REALTORS® joined thousands of REALTORS® from across the country to engage in critical conversations about the future of housing, property rights, and homeownership. From the General Session, Leadership for a More Perfect Union, to the Residential Economic Issues & Trends Forum, members heard powerful insights on the economic forces shaping our industry and nation.

Among the economic highlights, Tennessee continues to stand out. Nashville and Memphis remain key drivers of job growth and economic activity, reinforcing why our state continues to attract new residents, businesses, and investment. 

One of the proudest moments of the week was celebrating 10 Tennessee REALTORS® who were inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame. Their commitment to investing in REALTOR® advocacy helps protect private property rights, promote homeownership opportunities, and ensure our industry has a strong voice at every level of government.

Advocacy remained front and center throughout the conference.
Tennessee REALTORS® met directly with Senators Bill Hagerty and Marsha Blackburn to discuss key housing and real estate issues affecting Tennesseans. In addition, our members held meetings with congressional staff representing all nine Tennessee congressional districts, ensuring REALTOR® priorities were heard by policymakers across our state's federal delegation.
