Description

This comprehensive 3hour Tennessee real estate course equips professionals with practical knowledge, realworld scenarios, and essential resources for navigating Land and Real Estate Transactions with confidence. Participants will learn how to identify when a percolation (Perc) test is required and access the proper steps and contacts for completing the process. The course also covers Tennessee’s Greenbelt program, including qualifying criteria and enrollment procedures. In addition, participants will gain a stronger understanding of when new surveys may be necessary and how to evaluate and determine legal access points for land. This course is designed to strengthen competency, reduce risk, and support successful land related transactions.
