3. Property report – Understanding sales history, mortgage, taxes, and property characteristics. The property report contains a lot of important information. It allows you to determine if the property is owner occupied or investor owned. You will find the sales history, taxes, mortgage, and FEMA flood zone information. The building characteristics selection will indicate the year built, makeup of the exterior, square footage, as well as other important data 

4. Benefits of using GIS maps and layers – How to maximize the benefits of a GIS mapping system. How to find a property on a Map and understand the purpose of a parcel number. 

5. Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) – How to use tax records to conduct a competitive market analysis Public records are a great way to locate comparable sales for determining a competitive market analysis. 

6. Prospecting – Marketing Using a variety of different search criteria, maps, zip codes, to be able to pull properties surrounding a subject property or entering property criteria.
