Inspection reports often raise concerns about foundations, moisture, and structural issues — but how serious are they really? This two-hour class is designed to give agents practical knowledge and confidence when navigating some of the most common (and misunderstood) repair items that arise during the inspection period.

Topics covered include:

  • Crawlspace and basement waterproofing
  • Foundation repair
  • Concrete lifting
  • Structural repairs

This interactive session will help agents better understand what these issues mean, how they are typically addressed, and how to prevent unnecessary alarm that could delay or derail a closing. The class is structured with two 50-minute instruction segments and short breaks, allowing plenty of time for discussion.
